Little red tubes on rocks??
What are these? some are white some are red. they are hard haven't seen anything come out of them only just noticed them. soft fleshy clear with white dotes tube things? any ideas? Thanks |

Vermetid/Vermitid snails. A sessile gastropod that feeds by emitting a mucous "net" to trap particles.
Sponges. Although the pictures aren't that clear, so could be colonial tunicates or even "ball anemones" (pseudocorynactis). Kevin

The "bane" of aquariums, and very sharp too, cuts quickly.
