Can not connect Radion Gen 3 Pros to Ecosmartlive (3 different devices)

I am getting back into the hobby after a few years. I have my system up and running now, but I am totally unable to get my Radions to connect to Ecosmart live. I have used 3 different devices. I am not sure what else to do besides get a Reeflink. I’ve downloaded the connection manager on both Windows and Mac. What else can I try?

Hey thanks for the suggestion! My Radions are not compatible, but as soon as they have the upgradable RF modules in stock I am ordering some!

Try connecting the Radion and the lap/desktop via micro USB and from there, log into your EcoSmart Live account.
