calcium at 700 ppm!!!
My calc levels are 700 I set up the tank 2 months ago and have been adding kent liquid calc daily I only got the nutrafin test kit yesterday and am panicing The tank pH is 8.3 and the alkalinity "high" on a red sed test kit. I did the test twice to make sure. and am going to do a 10%water change this evening and other tips and is all the live stock in danger it does not seem to be bad/ill. and I have had no precipitate in the water I am obiously not going to add any more calc for the next few days

I wouldn't over do it and change it to fast. Do the water change and then let it ride for the evening. Tommorrow night retest and if its still in the 650-700 range, do another water change. Keep this up till you get it back to the 450 range. Thats all I can think of. One of the more experienced reefers might have more to offer.
