Sequence Dart
Is this a good pump for a dual beckett skimmer? Can i put a valve in front of the skimmer to regulate the flow or will this harm the pump?

no. the dart is more of a circulation pump than a pressure pump.

I would recommend using an Iwaki 100 for a dual beckett skimmer. The Dart is an awesome pump, but it would fall flat on it's face in that particular application.

I have a Blueline HD70 on my dual-Beckett MR3 and it is amazing.
