Which would you prefer for sup. T5 or VHO?

I'm debating on which suppliment should I use. I currently have one T5 .03 actinic and one actinic blue for the 2x 250 10k DE XM. Trying to add more colors to my stockings. Which would bring out the best colors of my live stocks? I'll be mounting the lights about 10" above the water lines.
