Nano Cube bulb life??

I know the basic rule of thumb for MH and VHO life and when its best to change them but how about PC bulbs.
Sons Nano has been set up awhile and was wondering when its best to change out PC bulbs and whats the expected life of these?

LFS will match web price on the bulbs so was wondering if it was time to change them out. Also is it best to stagger these when replacing instead of doing both at the same time. His hood has 2-24 watt bulbs in it in his 12g JBJ Nano

Thanks
