does salt water effect......

septic tanks?

i kno it sounds like a weird question but it just occured to me, as we are having trouble with ours. dumping all that water change water down there...well thats about it, any comments are appreciated.

humm....i am not sure but I imagine it would. Since the salt would be slowly building up. I would accually also worry about it increasing the salt level of the soil in your leach field (i assume you have a leach field, not sure if you can do a septic without one....I don't know a lot about them). I could be way off, like I said I don't know a lot about them....but that is what comes to mind

I pour mine out on the cracks in the concrete where the grass wants to grow. Kills it off eventually. Also pour it out on the concrete. For you northerners, I would supposed that pouring it out on the walkways or driveways would help with any icing problems. Never had the capability to try this as we have only seen below freezing temps here a couple of times this year. Every once in a blue moon we get a ice storm and every business in town closes for the duration. And as far as snow in Louisiana, we haven't seen the stuff in over a decade.
