Turbinaria (Cup Coral) Q's

Hey guys, just wondering here if anyone can give me an insight to what is happening to my cup coral.

Everything in the tank is thriving. Except this coral. The thing is not dead, as I can see the polyps are still there, but it hasn't been fully opened since the day I got it (1 month ago). Its just the way it has been for the last month.

What do other Turbi owners do to their coral to make it thrive?

Right now it gets enough light exposure, and flow (lots of flow and light). Anything else?

Thanks.
