I used a 175 on my 10 gal, I do not have it anymore but my new tank is still 12" deep so the same depth and I still think the bulb is not over-doing it. I would go 150, much more bulb choices and flexibility equipement wise.

70w will be plenty. I have a few sps in a nano (7 Gal) doing great on 32w PC.

150W will be more useful if you decide to upgrade, and with a 10 gal, that might be really soon

Bboy-

In a 10G; I wouldn't keep anemones or clams, regardless of the lighting. Too small for nutrient/SG fluctuation. Unless this is tied to a much larger system.
