Lighting- T5, VHO, or CF

I was was just wondering, what is the best supplement lights to my 10k 250w Metal Halide.

I currently have 2 65w CF on my tank.

Just wondering if I'm better off with VHO or T5 bulbs instead...

I honestly believe you will get better coloration and fluorescence with VHO. T5 actinics don't seem to have nearly as much of an effect as the VHOs IMHO.
