Question Phosban tumble

I just set up a TLF phosban reactor 150 and am curious as to what you guys consider "slightly tumbling" on you phosban media?

Thanks, that's about how mine is set. It just seemed a little slow to me. I have a small pump that does about 100 gph and If I crank it open, it's way too much flow so it's barely open now. It just seems a lot less that the 70 or 80 gph that's recommended in the instructions.
