Light Queation

I was at home depot and saw some 75w par38 daylight halogen bulbs anyone know what the kelvin rating might be or think these bulbs might get decent growth with some suplementation. Just curious might be a cheap way to grow some stuff.

Here is what I use they are 5100k. Not sure on those you would have to call manufacturer.
