fish behavior after cleaning lr?

I´ve noticed that every time i clean my cc, and blow away the "dirt" on my live rocks that my fish start to rub themselfs agains the rocks is if they have ich or something. then it will pass away as soon as the tanks gets back to normal. Is this considered normal????( the one that seem to be more annoyed by this is my yellow tang, starts rubbing himself against the lr and does a crazy dance as if he has like a burning sensation)

One more thing is it normal for the live rock to have this sort of "dirt" on them or do i need more current to keep it in the water and off my rocks??

thanks..

imagine being in a dust storm. wouldnt you be iching? fish will get a irritation and scratch it or rub it on the rocks.
