Urchin ID

Can Someone give me an ID on this urchin, he just took the crown off my feather duster and was trying to pry a piece of bone off my torch frag.

i kno, he's a great addition to the color in the tank, he's not poisonous, i've been stuck by him and walked over, i just wanna make sure he's not a coral eater
