Reworking rock work

I reworked my rock this weekend to make it a little more open. Tell me what you think.

I think your tank looks good. I really do not notice a difference in the 2 pictures. What dize tank and how many pounds of rock is it? I have mine set up in the middle versus against the glass.

Hey, I think both reefs are very good-looking. Seems that your (eidillitih) rock isn't very much up against the back glass either. (unlike in my reef.) I think it is set up very well for a tank that shape and I wouldn't touch a thing. I would make sure there's plenty of flow in there. It looks like that's a 6-foot long tank from the photos so you want some good flow going around all of the rock, even in the center of the tank.

Otherwise...just get some more coral on that rock, add some more nice fish and wow.

It's a 210 7ft long. I have about 285 lbs of rock. My goal was to get most of the rock off the glass and leave it a little more open. I have good flow, plan to add more. Right now I have about 30-35 times the flow.

Looks good. If it were me I'd break up the wall look though. Perhaps make two individual structures. That might be difficult for you though, those look like big chunky rocks. Just my .02

Actually to get rid of the wall look, all you would have to do is add another rock or maybe two, somewhere on top of the others and let everything flow out from that.

I like the latest version. I didn't see much difference in the others. The latest one looks really good, nice and open looking .
