loud seio

hey guys
I just got a seiom820....i plugged it in and im getting this rattling sound from it....is that normal?? anyways of fixing that?

No. Check to see that the impeller is seated properly or if there is something obstructing it.

mine did that until I pulled off the cover.

play with the impeller or plug it in and out a couple times
