Which Skimmer ?
My system is a 120g 48"x24"x24" and will have a 36"x 20"x 18" sump that will hold approx. 37g with 12" deep water level. I'm considering these two simmers the MRC-3 and the PM Bullet 3.
I know I will be over skimming but that is the plan. Larger tank might be in the distant future. Does anybody have experience with Precision marine skimmers they have recently changed there beckett holder and have a new airfilter both look very professional. MRC-3 skimmer is nice and if I get this I can always upgrade to 2nd injector. Also the PM has a bigger neck diameter into the cup. Someone said this would aid wet skimming.Does this sound correct? Any input would be greatly appreciated. The plan is for a SPS reef with some LPS. My Thread

I have a new 120g system. I went with a mr2 and glad I did. mrc are expandle both in height and # of injectors. "it can grow as your tank grows"

The expandability of the MRC is a nice feature - especially if you do have plans of going larger someday.
