RO from the hose?

is this possible i dont have any extra spickets at my house that i could tee from. would it damage my ro unit to run it off the hose? would it get everything out of the water still?

It should work just fine off a hose. However some hoses have antifungal agents that might deplete your carbon and DI faster. Get a hose from a recreational vehicle place that's rated for potable water just in case.

I would put a Y connector on the spigot, so you can share the faucet to your garden hose (or washing machine hose) and to the RO unit. And you can get a hose bib connector to change it to 1/4" at Home Depot for about $3.17
