Wiring mh ballast box

Hi everyone! I hate to sound like a total noob, but help! I just bought a IceCap 250w ballast and a PFO pendant with a ballast box to mount the IceCap. The wiring diagram makes no sense as I am not an electrician by either trade or nature. I can remember someone having the same problem about a month ago. Someone posted a picture of the interior of a ballast box with the wires color coded and lettered explaining where they are to be connected. I searched all afternoon and could not find that post. Anyone remember that, or offer any assistance please. Thanks for the help.

Pics of picture on ballast, wires, and where you need wiring.

I usually do trial and error. Remember that the endcap is mounted "upside down" so wire it accordingly.
