Curing deep water tonga rock in high flow?

I've always cured my rock in high flow. I'm setting up a deeper water biotope display, and was wondering thoughts on curing a deep water rock (little flow) with high flow. Would it be better to cure rock that is accustomed to low flow with low flow? My thoughts are trying to maximize any deep water life on the rock that might not survive a curing process in a 75 with a mag 24 while curing, assuming my curing cycle (ammonia content, etc) is the same in both.
