flow question

I have a 37 gallon cube I plan on housing sps and zoo's primarily. I need to come up with some good idead or possible ways to get a good amount of flow through the tank. I was considering a seio pump. I have a S.C.W.D. on it now and not particulary pleased with the flow. I am not sure if an Ocean motions 4 way would be better. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Well, a lil flow-meter by tank volume:
10x - Low Flow
20x - Medium
30x - High

ex:
37x20=740 gph

-----

That being said. I prefer multiple smaller (maxijet 900s specifically) powerheads for random flow and the Hydor Flo rotating output mod is always a good idea for random flow.

If you run a wakemaker though, dont use seios.
