Cyano outbreak?

In the past 2 months this cyano outbreak is just getting worse. My tank has been up and running for about one year. the only thing i have done different is change my RO/DI filters including membrane. water perimeters are fine no phosphates or nitrates. I have about 1/2 inch of fine sand for subtrate plenty of hermits and naussirus snails. any suggestions would be great..Thanks
