Will this sump work for what I want?

OK I'm sick and tired of my tank being filled with algae and I know I need more filtration. So I found this sump that seems perfect! But I have some questions about it.

I'm looking at the Model 1 for my 40 gallon reef tank, the model 1 is about 15 gallons full.

Heres the link: http://www.all-glass.com/products/fe...Flow_Sumps.pdf

Ok heres my question:

1. Do you think I could fit my AquaC Remora protein skimmer on the side of it?

2. On that website, out of the recommended pumps, which would you recommend?

3. In the area under the bioballs (which i'd replace with LR rubble) would I be able to make it a "semi-fuge" with sand/miracle mud and maybe some macroalgae, or would there be too much flow going through the rock rubble?

Thanks!

IMO just buy a regular tank for your sump. That way you can use it however you want and it's much cheaper. You can use plastic baskets to hold rubble and have even more room for your skimmer.

I'm not very good at DIY and this sump seemed perfect and the place I'm getting it from has it on sale, other wise I'd consider it

If you can check out the link and see if you can answer my questions, I'd greatly appreciate it
