need advice on hole locations for tank

hello , i need advice on were to put my hole locations for my return pump, i originally had my tank set up for just a single retun pump from the sump ( 65 gal ) blueline 40x return pump 1300 gph. Also this tankis being set up to run SPS . My tank is in my living room and the way that i have my sump set up ( under tank ) because of a small apartment the sheer noise from the water flow is way to load. I dident go with a small return and then closed loop because of size of tank, but as it stands that seems to be my only option. I know that anyways this will just benefit me in the long run, and it should of been done in the first place. I have pics on how my tank is drilled now and the sump is setup ,i just cant decide were to get the other holes drilled for the intake of the pump(blueline ) and the outlet of the smaller pump that i am going to run as my return for the sump. i will be useing the existing two holes in the corners of the tank for the return of the closed loop.And it would be a huge help on some advice for the size of the smaller pump for the sump( needs to be ext so i can use the hole in the sump that is drilled for it.
