Moving shrooms
I just got a rock from my local LFS with 2 types of mushrooms and some zooanthids. One of the mushrooms is growing over the zoos and growing over the other shroom. Do i peel them off and place them on another rock?? Thanks

It might be possible to just peel it off, but be sure not to tear it up, you may just end up with more mushrooms
You can also use a flat head screw driver and chisel off part of the rock just under the mushroom. As far as placing on another rock, there are a few ways to do that also. The two ways that I have found to be the easiest is, just place the mushroom(s) in a bowl or cup with some rubble in the bottom and place a net over the top. Within 7 to 10 days it should be attached to one of the rubble pieces. The second way is to place the mushroom on a rock and cover with a hair net or bridal veil for the same amount of time, remove the net and the mushroom should be attached. Depending on the rock, it may be easier to remove the zoos than the mushrooms. If you decide to move the zoos, where gloves and don't touch your face, zoos contain toxins that are easily avoided if handled correctly.

No, zoos usually peel off. Get something sharp to start, then gently peel the mat off the rock. Sometimes you can super glue gel them back on another rock, but be sure both are dry (paper towel dry) before you try.
