Unhappy Very sad loss today

I dont know what happened, I got home from school looked at my flame angel and he was fine, swimming around, picking at the rocks. I take a nap, come back down to the tank and he was stuck to the powerhead . I feel so bad, and it was also a very expensive fish. I think I might just concentrate on corals from now on, no more fish for a while.

I know how you feel I bought a $46 blue assessor and he jumped the next morning. I knew I should have bought that coral instead

If he couldn't overcome a powerhead inlet, he probably wasn't going to survive anyway. It sucks, but that's reality -- somehow the shock from the move compromised his ability to swim away from a simple powerhead. Don't let it bother you, it happens. At least he didn't rot from disease in your tank.
