I have Euro-bracing and mounted SEIO's.
I will try to take some pictures of the mod tonight. It is very simple and will solve your problems. |

No offense, but I think it is a bit unrealistic for a pump company to list all the options it "doesn't" come with. I would be upset if it advertised having the bracket, and then didn't come with it, but otherwise you have to read the fine print and/or call and see what comes in the box.

ENTROPY. not to be rude but reread the post. i have other SEIOS and they all come with the eurobracing options except,,, the 2600. same powerhead but bigger. on the box it lists the same options as all the other sizes. they haven't even made the part yet!
magnets will not hold this big sucker unless you pay big $$$$$ for a strong magnet. SUNNYX. can you show me your MOD for the 2600. I know and have done the other mod ''TUNZE'' for smaller SEIOS. |

You dont need a crazy expensive magnet like the magnavores, I've seen a few people with the 2600 mounted with some cheap non-floating magnets, though I prefer the rigidity of the tunze style mod - obviously that wont work for your situation. |

sorry guys if I came off gruff [sorry entropy] but I was disappointed in this especially since I was really needing the flow ASAP. so,,, I'll have to make some acrylic brackets. I'm just suprized that after all those RIO failures that they'd make double sure there wasn't anything overlooked that could tick off a buyer.
most tanks big enough for the 2600 have eurobracing and not your standard bracing. man its just a 50c piece of plastic and a nylon screw/??? whats up with that?? theres obviously a reason they didn't include this and thats to charge extra as an addon later. they make them for all the other sizes so whats up with that????? Is there a TAMM site were I can whine. |
