OMG plz help! anybody that has a ICECAP T5 retro kit PLZ respond

i got my order in the mail today. i'm setting it up. OK, there is a bulb clamp and a huge hole in the reflector... how do you keep it in place. i've screwed it in about 20 times and everytime it keeps falling out. SOMEBODY out there must have had the same problem. i really need some help! this is driving me nuts! before you guys send me over to ICECAP forum, i've already posted there. everybody is asleep or somethin.

Can you post a pic of the lamp and also the components you are trying to put together? Maybe we can help even if we don't have the exact same fixture.

i know the thread is old, but if you haven't figured it out, make sure you're screwing the clips with the screw on one side and the nuts on the other side of the reflectors.
