Cloudy/Milky water

The tank has been up for 10 months with this being the first problem. While I was traveling last week I came back to a cloudy tank and a skimmer going crazy. It overflows with a slimy foam in few hours. All inhabitants seem fine. Here are my parameters:

dkh: 11.8
Calcium: 420
Nitrate: 0
Temp 79.5

The only thing that looks funny is my G3 skimmer cup is also cloudy looking and the top is clear blue like usual.

I have a little bit of feather caulerpa (sp) and a few other macro species.

Any ideas?
