Pipe organ corals

I have a pipe organ coral. I know they are difficult. Has anyone had success in keeping one of these beauties? If so, do you do anything special, other than the obvious great water quality, adding trace elements, etc.? I can't provide a picture, but I don't feel it is thriving. The polyps are slightly droopy, but I do see new polyp growth. I'm stumped. I've tried moving it to about mid tank, moderate flow area, but it seems the same. Parameters are good, 150k MH, actinics.
