just bought a turbotwist 9w for my 90g reef. it might not be the absolute "best", but it's a good combination of price/performance.

Sorry for the intrusion...
Anyone have pictures of how the connections for the UV sterilizer go? -also- Do you keep them on all the time or just hourly? Thanks, Jesse |

Plumn them with a PH to about 90gph. Many may disagree with me but any faster and it would be usless. Never turn it on and off leave it on 24hrs. The nature of the UV bulb is if you turn it on and off all the time you essentially kill the life of the bulb. It will last 60%-90% longer by leaving it on all of the time. the large varience in the percentage is your power source. A clean power source will give you a longer bulb life.
