Moving My tank

In about two weeks I will be moving my tank about a 1000km's away from where I live to my new home in Cape Town South Africa. Just got a few questions foranybody who has done this before.

1. I will be flying all fish, corals, crabs, shrimps to the new destination. Its not a long flight so do I need to put oxygen in their bags? Should I do anything else to minimize stress?

2. My LR will remain in a rubbermaid so to minimize a cycle in the new tank.

3. The problem is the DSB. Should I rinse it out and dry it before placing it in the new tank?
