oh man give people a chance to reply....5 minuets between post is insane. How about a photo of your current setup? You can't really give someone aquascaping advice without knowing how much and what kind of rock they have. Also things like overflows, powerheads, etc. So a photo will help people give you suggestions.....also don't bump so much so fast, it will **** fools (like me) off.

I dont have any recent pics or mu digi cam, but the big thing is trying to figure out the rock sizes people are using. I know mine are too big and that is my issue. That was the main thing I am looking for suggestions on, and to see.

A simple search would reveal the mother of all cube threads: http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/sh...highlight=cube

ok ok

It would be nice to see what you have, so a picture of your tank might give someone a starting point. I'll show you mine, but it might not be what you can afford. It can be set up differently in respect to types of corals ect. I will reply to you tommorow, so don't think I'm not answering. Sometimes it takes some time to reply. This is a forum, not a chat room.

A simple search isnt always available. In fact I wanted to search for that thread but throughout 90% of the day the search function is disabled. Thanks for posting that thread though now I dont have to rely on the search function.

Specifically though I want to hear from people what size rocks they used. That you cant see in most pics because corals etc have overgrown them and it is one of the big things I am looking for people to answer about how they setup.

I use small to medium size rocks. I do that so I have more surface area. I used kinda of a u-shape design and then built from there. What kind of coral do you want to keep? What kind of equipment do you have now? lighting ect.

I use a 250 Watt 20K HWI fixture, a HOB fuge 2 maxi 900's with hydors and a 600 without a hydor.

I am about to pick up a skimmer. I have a mix of SPS, LPS, and Zoos. Just 1 fish a red lip blenny.

How high up your tank is your rock? 1/3 way, half way?

Thanks,
David
