Help identify this coral?

I recently noticed a group of little red coral-like growths in one area on a rock. They are bright red and seem to be branching. I haven't a clue as to what they might be.

Can you help?

Can't tell with that small pic. Put it in photobucket and maybe we can see it better

They are forminferans (sp.?). They are harmless filter feeders. They wont get too much bigger, as I think they are single celled or something.
