First zoo. Have questions.

I picked up this zoo today.
It is my first.

I have a few questions.

1. Do zoo's need any type of supplimentation / ss any type beneficial?

2. Placement in tank.
Was in a 180 under 250wx3 MH twords the bottom of the tank
Now in 75 under 96wx4 PC.

3. Can someone please tell me which morph it is.

I would say to try placing them 1/2 way down and see how they react. If they strech out, like they are reaching for more light, then that's probably what they want.

Nice looking colony, BTW.

Healthy water and decent light should be all they need.

For reference.
Do they currently appear stretched out in the picture above?

Anyone have any idea of what thus color morph would be called?

They should benefit from phytoplankton and perhaps some coral food. This thread has a lot of information on feeding:

From the lighting change in intensity I would place them in medium water flow and towards the middle of the tank.

What lighting were they under when you bought them? That would be my biggest concern. You don't want to over-expose them. Just FYI, my zoos are at the bottom of a 55 under 130 watts PC and growing like weeds.

I didn't really feed mine for the first 6 months but now supplement with DT's phytoplankton; every other day or so. Pretty zoos, mids1999!
