The F word

No not that one , I'm talking flat worms here...

I've noticed them in my tank and did a little reading on them, I've seen some use Six line Wrasse and I think I like that option best compared to dosing and vacuuming. Is this a known predator of the flat worm, is it a good choice or did a few people get lucky with them.

Thanks

What kind of flatworms. Are they Convolutriloba retrogemma? If not, I'd just ignore them. The six-lines don' always, or even usually, eat C retrogemma. There's no useful predator, only a nudibranch that starves to death before eating all of its prey.

Using the "much better image" on this page http://melevsreef.com/id/flatworms.html I thought they were these but after looking up Convolutriloba retrogemma at http://www.seaslugforum.net/display.cfm?id=5836
they look identical to both pics so I'm not sure which they are.

Here's a pic not the best, they seem to be on the rocks and not my corals.

If you can suck one up with a turkey baster and get a closeup, that might help. You'd get a better look yourself, too.

The photo is pretty blurry, but they look like the bad kind of flatworm from what I can see.
