Needle valve closing by itself in my calcium reactor

Has anybody out there had problems with their needle valve for the calcium reactor closing slowly? Have they found a way to fix it without buying a new one?

I bought a Milwaukee CO2 regulator a few years ago and recently the needle valve started closing by itself within 10 minutes. You set the needle valve for 30 bubbles per seconds, within 5 minutes it will be down to 10 bubbles per seconds and will and zero within 30 minutes. And yes the CO2 is still flowing as you can turn the needle valve on and it will start bubbling again.

Thanks,

Neox
