Tank background
What does everyone has as the background of their tank? I was thinking about painting the back of my new 90 gallon black. What kind of paint should i use? Spray paint? Glossy or matte? Do you have to do anything to the surface to get the paint to stick?
Thanks! amy |

Clean it well, masking tape it up and use lots of newspaper so it doesn't get on other parts of the tank, do a final wipe down with rubbing alcohol, and spraypaint with Rustoleum Krylon paint.
No matter what paint you use it'll look glossy through the back glass ime.

Agree with Agu,
Let the first coat dry as directed and shoot on a second coat.
