Yellow tang needs help

I noticed a couple if white spots on our Yellow Tang. So I moved him to a qt. tank. Now I dont see the spots but he is bent in half and is swimming around almost in circles. Its like he cant swim straight anymore.

Any idea what I can do??

Doesn't sound good. My PBT did the same thing and after a couple of days I had to let him go.
