what should I do to upgrade my lighting?

Hey guys, I'm still fairly new to saltwater and I want to upgrade my lighting so that my corals and fish look their best. I did some reading on the subject, but I'm still unsure of what type of lighting to go with. i currently have a 48" T-8 florescent fixture that can hold 4 florescent lights. so far I have one 40W Actinic Spectrum Marine-Glo Lamp, one 40W Quantum Leap Dual Day Actinic lamp. and two other lamps which I believe are 5000-6000K. I also have a 175W metal halide with a 10,000K bulb. Is there anything I should change or add to make my tank look better and promote the growth of my corals? I was thinking on picking up two 18,000K power-glo's to replace the two 5000K lamps I have in there now.

Thanks,
Nick
