Percentage of Actinic to Daylight

Many hard core MH light people don't run actinic bulbs at all, but I love the glow. I would run 100% actinic if the coral would tolerate it. For months I ran 50:50 actinic/daylight. Has anyone here run more or all actinic with good results?? By the way I want my coral to be healthy, but I don't really want much growth in my small tank. Thanks. R
