Has any body used these bulbs before?

Why are you putting cheap lights on your tank? Your tank may not POP like it should... i know lighting is not cheap but everything you do is so that when you look at your tank you are happy.. dont you want your tank to show off all the hard work you put into it?..i just dont think those bulbs will do that for you..
