Gen X pump problems??
I bought a new Gen-X Model# GX-18000 pump for my 500. I install it on my aquarium, runs fine for a few hours. Then water starts shooting out from under the stand. The pump proceeds to pump about 15 gallons of water onto my carpet. I cut the power and close my valves. I look at the pump, there is a seam on the front housing that split. I went to the pond shop that I bought it from, this is the 4th one they have seen in a month! Any one else?? What other pumps are out there?? I cannot have another spill like that or my wife will kill me, she's is still mad about a 72x48x30 aquarium showing up without her knowing

I would recommend getting a Sequence pump.
