Arrow Good or Bad for a 55 gallon tank ?

I currently have a 55 gallon tank, & I want to upgrade my powerhead. This is what I have in mind, I would really like to get this one for my tank, I just want to make sure that it won't be to much for my tank, or that it will blow everything around.

I want to also know the pro's and cons of this pump from everyone... If their is any. I just want to make sure it will be good for my tank and not bad, and that it won't be to much for 2 anemone's or some xenia that I have in the tank, or anything else that I may want to add to my tank.

Here is the link:

thanks everyone for the help...

I don't know if it will be too powerful or not in a 55. However, I do know that you really can't do any better than a Tunze. I have a couple of MJ1200s and a Seio 620 in my 55.

yeh.. im also thinkin with a sandbed, that tunze will be too much.

i modded out one of my mj1200's stream style, and it prolly gets about the same amount of flow, and my sandbed couldnt handle it. blew it all over the place.

luckily i went BB last week
