What lighting for a new frag tank...

I have a new 40g tank that is now up and running and was wondering what would be a good lighting for it...

Here is a pic of the tank:

Here are my set up wants or needs...
I can hang something from the ceiling / hood or pendant
I want a single bulb system so I guess it would be a 15k or 20k MH.
I don't know what size??? 175? 250? 400? SE? DE?
The tank is 36x18x14 and will be building shelves for the plugs.
I want it to be the best bang for the buck!

Any ideas....

t-5 or a 250 single ended in a wide refector. If your corals are used to 175's putting 400's in a shallow tank will roast your frags.

You could always do the new 175w SE Iwaski Aqua2 bulb, it has just as much PAR as most 250w bulbs if not more!
