Acropora's with T5's?????

hi everyone. i'm new to this and wanting some advice. i really like acro's but know they require a lot of light. my tank is 48x20x20 and i've got 4x54T5's. if i kept them up the top of the tank would they be ok? what corals should i be weary about keeping with SPS corals. i heard some softies can't go with SPS?? help please.

oh 1 last thing. what should my flow rate be to keep sps. 30x tank volume per hour?
