Bio-spira

have any of you had succes with the marin bio-spira, Ive used it for my freshwater set ups and Im wondering if it would help mature my salt set ups

IMO only thing that will help mature your tank is time...

so they claim bio in fish in the NEXT DAY????to good to be true or you are getting the bio your waitng for istantly. the lfs I go to says use this stuff and get the fish you want.

I will be adding to packages of this to my 95 gallon tank today. From what I heard from someone at a LFS, the following 2 days he added yellow tang to his tank and it was fine. I wouldnt go to that extreme. But I do think it may boost the cyce of your tank.

Let me put it this way - anything in this world that sounds too good to be true usually is.

Nothing ages/cycles a tank better than time! Why risk it? Just take your time and let it cycle on it's own. For every tank that stuff does work for, i'm sure there are plenty of them that it didn't!
