My Cleaner Shrimp Doesn't Know He A "Cleaner Shrimp" - Page 2

I have two cleaner shirmp and they don't do anything but steal food from the BTA. That behavior quickly stopped when I added my maroon and percula clowns though. They will however clean my arms and hands, so I guess I don't have to worry about any parasites! LOL

Might as well add my experience to the mix.

All my cleaner shrimp does is sit by my anemone and his silver sides when I feed him. Every once in awhile he will try to hop on one of my clowns, but they protest violently. As far as his home, he never moves. He lives next to my anemone, that is all.

He hops on my hand when I put it in the tank. I like the time we spend together. It's always nice to bond with your creatures. Even if they do steal food from your anemone.

It's funny how my cleaner steals food from my frogspawn. Initially, the frogspawn would sting it, but I guess 1 year later, they've bonded somehow and that doesn't happen anymore.
Plus everything's associated me w/ food. When I stare at my tank, my shrimps line up in front of me, my fish swims back and forth in front of me, even my crabs come out waiting.
