ebay bulbs?

Has anyone used the power compact bulbs on ebay line in this auction?
its getting about that time and was just wondering if these are the real deal.

i would want to know the manufacturer of the bulbs with a pic of the label/box, he doesnt state this so i wouldnt bid unless i got that info
