angels and tangs
I have had a couple angels in my 75 gal. reef tank. The ones i've had (flame angel, lemon peel angel, coral beauty) have been soft coral nibblers. I was just wondering if anyone has some other suggestions for small angels to put into a 75 gal. reef or into a 24 gal. reef.
I was also wondering if there is any problem with putting yellow tangs into the 75 gal. reef. Corals in the tank are various colored star polyps, kenya tree coral the drops babies constantly, green tree coral, large colt coral, cladiellias, clam, frogspawn, and a couple others. I don't want to buy one then have to destroy my tank to get him out. Thanx. |

yellow tang would be fine just add it last..as far as those angels there are hit n miss alot of people have success with them and some don't.. i wouldnt add one to your 24gal...not big enough IMO.

hippo's get way to big and your just asking for trouble with the two yellows...in a bigger tank it could possible work but usually i've only seen them kept in three's and not sure of any long term successs yet.
